Jain Properties ("we", "us", "our") operates the Jain Properties mobile application (the "App"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and a user account identifier, used to sign you in and manage your account.
• Content you enter: property listings, enquiries, contact details you record, and any photos or videos you upload.
• Diagnostics: crash logs and performance data to keep the App stable (via Google Firebase Crashlytics).
• Usage data: in-app interactions to understand and improve the App (via Google Firebase Analytics).
• Device identifiers: a push-notification token and analytics identifier used to deliver notifications and measure usage.

We do not collect your device location (GPS).

How we use your information

We use the data to provide and operate the App, authenticate users, manage accounts, deliver notifications, fix bugs, and improve performance.

How we share information

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Data is processed by our service providers solely to operate the App, including Google Firebase (Cloud Messaging, Analytics, and Crashlytics).

Data security

All data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. To request access to or deletion of your data, email us at support@jainproperties.co.in and we will action your request.

Children

The App is intended for users aged 18 and older and is not directed to children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
